This air pump is made of plastic, light in weight and simple to carry along.
No additional setup is required; it is ready to use straight away.
Suited to watches built as a single piece, where the case can be opened only by removing the watch crystal with pressure.
This tool is intended for cleaning one-piece watch cases and for taking out their crystals.
It is meant for watches whose movement is fitted from the front, through the crystal cover, such as the La Grande Classique de Longines.
Usage:
- Taking out the crown and stem:
Begin by pulling the crown out, just as you would when setting the time. The stem consists of 2 joined parts that can be separated (using the special key provided). With the key, take off the crown and the half-stem.
- Operating the pump:
Draw the tube fully out of the air pump. Place the pump's plastic nozzle against the watch case (or the case tube). Grip the watch case firmly, rest your thumb lightly on the crystal, then press the pump hard so that the crystal is "blown" out of the watch.

First pull out the crown as you would when changing the time, then note that the stem is made in 2 parts that connect and can be pulled out with the special key included, so remove the half-stem and the crown with that key.
Instructions for using the pump are set out in the steps below.
Pull the tube out of the air pump completely, press the plastic nozzle against the watch case or case tube, hold the case tightly with your thumb placed lightly over the crystal, then push firmly on the pump to blow the crystal out.
